Till we meet again, take care my friend, and I will be happy.

Simplicity in our lives
How True .....
1.Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk.
2. When you lose, don’t lose the lesson.
3. Follow the three R’s:
- Respect for self,
- Respect for others and
- Responsibility for all your actions.
4. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck.
5. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly.
6. Don’t let a little dispute injure a great relationship.
7. When you realize you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it.
8. Spend some time alone every day.
9. Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values.
10. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer.
11. Live a good, honorable life. Then when you get older and think back, you’ll be able to enjoy it a second time.
12. A loving atmosphere in your home is the foundation for your life.
13. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don’t bring up the past.
14. Share your knowledge. It is a way to achieve immortality.
15. Be gentle with the earth.
16. Once a year, go someplace you’ve never been before.
17. Remember that the best relationship is one in which your love for each other exceeds your need for each other.
18. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
19. If you want others to be happy, practice compassion.
20. If you want to be happy, practice compassion.

The months passed so quickly
It's been a hectic year so far to say the least. Half the year's come and gone, and there is less than enough time left of 2012.
Happy to catch up in one of my favourite cities in the world in April. Weather was great, food was fab, drinks were aplenty, and company was great. And visiting Otto was memorable! ( unfortunately photos do no justice which I shall not post here )
Visits to new art enclave
Coffee at Dan's
Handmade Chocs from HOF
Quaint quaint little place for artisanal coffee
Another view of the Bund area
Nice park with the old disused railway tracks
Beer beer beer!
Start of a frenzied night of drinks
Yakitori at a faraway place. Nice!
I finally got my camera upgrade during this trip.
May 2012
Finally a big 40 secret birthday celebration planned for months came to fruition in this month. All that secret collaboration, that planning that suspense.... phew it was a big bang. And a lovely one at that. Loved it! Happy Birthday my love, the start of a better phase in life - enjoy!
June 2012
A long awaited for visit to an old friend in Melbourne. Glad to know things were slowly turning out, while at the same time there are many things that fill the heart that cannot be heard.
Lovely alley where we got great coffee this trip
And we ticked off a bucket list item - NZ road trip. It probably held many firsts for me, but I have to say God made this the most beautiful piece of land on earth that I have ever been to.
Lake Tekapo and Pukaki
Sunrise
Moeraki beach
My first Bungy, my first sky dive. 18 years late....
Fox Glacier
Some friends we met along the way

Life's little coincidence
It was such a pleasant little surprise when I found that I had my first Muller Thurgau earlier this year in Sep!
